Jaguar Cars Ltd UK, part of Ford’s Premier Automotive Group needed to quickly cut costs and launch a new model to remain competitive. Jaguar decided to close their historic Coventry plant and relocated XJ & XK production to their Birmingham plant to achieve these goals.

An incredible achievement considering they re-launched XJ and the all new XK sports car within a week of each other.
